Choripan + Chimi

So right after the asado, the choripan comes as a second most important use of the chimichurri in Argentina. Choripan is a beloved street food in Argentina, is a simple, yet amazing sandwich. This culinary experience consisting of a split long roll, a grilled chorizo link, and a slathering of oily, herby chimichurri on the bread.

Make yourself a favor and make some the best you turn on the Barbie:

4 Long rolls or mini baguettes

4 Fresh chorizo sausages, if Argentinian better!

1 Chimi jar

Grill the chorizo sausages in the grill or griddle, warm the bread if you like, once ready just make a sandwich (you can slip the chorizo lengthwise, again, if you like) and add a good tablespoon of Chimi and EN-JOY!

Oh and you know what, I usually add Guasa too, and tastes even better!
