Guasa for Dipping
Guasa, as you know, originally from Venezuela and it’s real name is guasacaca, it is a food accompaniment specially for BBQ and arepas and empanadas.
Guasa, has that Mexican twist, and it is actually very similar to a Mexican avo salsa, which is used to dress tacos or dip corn chips. I always tell people, don’t view Guasa like only a dipping salsa, because of the numerous ways it can be used, but truth be said… you can literally dip anything on Guasa and you’ll be in heaven.
When mum lived in Venezuela, and there we had people over, she would always make a roast beef, thinly slice it, made rolls with it, added Guasa in a bowl and people LOVED it, always!!!
