This is probably the most traditional way of using Chimi, so it had to be our first proposal to use it. It is obviously not the only pairing option, and you will discover that the options are endless.

So, yes, as easy as next time you’re having a steak, do what Argentinians would… add some Chimi and you won’t be able to have steak without Chimi ever again.
